Bullies

Okay, lately there has been constant discussion on the bullying of homosexual teens and the after effect is that they committed suicide. I think this is a little unfair to spotlight homosexual teens when teens for numerous reasons not just being gay are bullied throughout their school years.
I think that the spotlight should be more focused on the act of bullying in general no matter what a kid is being bullied for not just spotlighting sexual orientation. Kids get bullied for the groups they hang out with, the clothes they wear, their financial situations, religion, hair styles etc... bullying is bullying and it should be dealt with on all levels.

Parents need to be parents again, like the man who got on the bus and threatened the kids that were harassing his handicapped daughter. Parents should be able to snatch up bullies by the ear again and drag them to their parents house like it was done 30 years ago. Parents need to know what their children are doing online and stop using the excuse "kids will be Kids"

I think if we as parents were allowed to spank our kids without the threat of our kids being taken away and us doing jail time our kids would turn out better. I know Im a better adult for being spanked when I needed it and since I in turn do the same to my kids they will turn out just fine as well....not mentally scared because i spanked them for doing something wrong as so many "experts" say they will.

Well i guess that ends my rant for now.

Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them..

Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?

Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don't propose a federal budget. The president does.

You and I don't have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.

You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.

You and I don't set fiscal policy, Congress does.

You and I don't control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a president to do one cotton-picking thing. I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.

What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits.... . The president can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes.
It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million can not replace
545 people who stand convicted -- by present facts -- of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can't think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.

If the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair.

If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red ..

If the Army & Marines are in IRAQ , it's because they want them in IRAQ If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it's because they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power. Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like "the economy," "inflation," or "politics" that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.

Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.

They, and they alone, have the power..

They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.

Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees...

We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

I wake up this morning to find that the FBI decided to sue Wikipedia over the picture of their government seal...Not a badge...just a picture of some guy standing in front of the seal...All I can think of is...Are we REALLY paying these dipshits to do this kind of thing? THIS is where all our tax dollars go? So that the FBI in a fit of childish rage can target people with fraudulent claims and misquoted laws? Frankly...I'd like a refund please..And I'd like each and everyone of you to clean out your desk by Monday and go join congress, the President and every other fat old crony on the capital hill in the unemployment line. This is our government acting like high school bullies and thugs..Not like the professionals we expect them to be. The attempt to twist the law to suit their agenda at the time only shows how little they care about the law..and the constitution to begin with. In closing..FBI...go hunt some real bad guys...and maybe hire better lawyers. Oh. So i just read an article that the FBI is trying to take the website Wikipedia to court over the use of the image of its seal (shown above)because it is a crime to use it. While they tried to make a strong case as to why the website could not use the bureaus iconic image the response was even better I think that Wikipedia lawyers gave in response to the allegeded crime
"While we appreciate your desire to revise the statute to reflect your expansive vision of it," the site's lawyers wrote, "the fact is that we must work with the actual language of the statute, not the aspirational version ... that you forwarded to us." The site went on to politely decline the request and indicate it would gladly see the feds in court: "Badges and identification cards are physical manifestations that may be used by a possessor to invoke the authority of the federal government. An encyclopedia article is not."


So really what else does our crack team of federal investigators have to do with their time other that than be butt hurt over the use of an image they use as a reference picture (not used to impersonate an officer)? I think the FBI should be out there actually looking for the bad guys instead of meandering around with their thumbs up their bums picking fights for no reason...just my nugget of the day

Mosque protests

Now let me say a few things on the plans to build a mosque near the 9-11 site.
Granted I like most educated people do realize that not all those of the Muslim faith are extreme radicals bent on killing Americans yada yada yada. BUT I do think it is in VERY poor taste to do this. This is not something you do at a place like the 9-11 site, period, regardless of the good intention or the fact that non radical muslims might go there.
You wouldnt go to any of the schools where a gunman mowed down a bunch of students an hang a plaque about how the gunman was an honor student, an alumni ect even though he killed 20 people and himself it would be in poor taste to the memory of those slain and their families who have to live with that everyday.
So why do this? We shouldnt. Build it somewhere else really come on now.

So I recently heard this audio clip from the Black Panther leader going on about killing "Crackers" and their babies and a bunch of other hate filled slander and i wonder...how intelligent does it make you look to represent yourself like that? Police Officer NO TOUCHY!

So here we go. While I am not a overly big fan of cops..I will say that when in a situation one should show respect for the person behind the uniform. There are some basic rules that follow that. If you dont fight you wont be forcibly taken down in an attempt to subdue you. this also applies to not getting in an officers face or putting your hands on them..by now we should all know that is a major NO NO!
So what this brings me to is this lovely link that you will find at the end of a chick being punched in the face for laying her hands on an officer of the law. I feel that the officer was not in the wrong at all. if it were me i would do the same. Regardless of if it was a petty reason for a ticket or not take it and bitch in court about it to the judge but NEVER lay your hands on an officer or get in their face because you will be forcibly detained/subdued.

Just a few vents

Just a couple things to touch on this post.

Yay for the new law trying to be past about not letting illegals come here and drop their babies and try to stay here. I think its about time to raise those "anchor babies" and let them cast off with their parents back to where they came from. and then bill them for the cost it took for them to have them over here. Hell set a date and after that date no longer give a birth certificate to some one who cant produce the correct information like the rest of us have to. and dont let them sign up for public aid.

Second: yay for the bill trying to be pushed through that would charge big companies to send calls to an outsourced call center ($0.25 each call transferred) and then the customers would have to be told that they were being transferred to "gwada la where the hell ever" they are sending them.

Also this BP thing is out of control. its time big daddy fed for once stepped up and just took their thumb outta their ass and did what needed to be done instead of waiting for the BP fucktards to try a new and useless way of not fixing the problem.

Just a quick post today...I would like to give my support to israel in their time of need...America is with you in heart and spirit even if our spineless leaders can't grow the balls to say so. Under fire?

So people, the president is apparently wanting to limit and even take away our right to use, publish and obtain information on the internet. Because it is a "Distraction to our Democracy" because some of the stuff out there isn't always true.....

That means my friends that your phones, emails, bloggs such as this one, along with ipods/pads and other forms of technology that convey information, probably down to our gaming consoles that have internet accessibility will be monitored and their use taken from of based on the fact that some of the stuff we view on them can have the potential to disagree with the president and his agenda.

The internet is a useful tool for all of us to inform ourselves, whether its the view points of well read and educated people or mouth breathing conspiracy theorists...whether the words we read be backed with hard truth and fact...or..just based on a crazy theory some kook had one day. But in the end it IS up to US, as an individual to decipher the truth behind these words we read or "Bombarded with" as the president said (this coming from a man who says he cant work a playstation)

America, Land of the free and home of the brave. For those of us who live here..It's home..as much as we bitch and complain about the problems here..most of us wouldn't wanna live anywhere else. Why? Is it the freedom? absolutely. Is it the opportunity? Again correct. Is it the people? Certainly. We Live here because despite what some people in the liberal media and the uninformed of other countries say we have the best damned thing going.
Of course that doesn't come easy..cheap..or free as our boys and girls in the armed forces well know..It comes from sacrifice hard work and the lives of the brave and free. It's about time we wake up and remember that tidbit of information. We give to the needy..feed the starving and cloth the naked. We protect the defenseless and help other achieve the greatness that we in America have taken for granted. Here's the catch....We cannot continue to help others..if we ourselves are caught in a downward spiral. Our economy is in shambles..our people angry betrayed and walking a razors edge between peaceful protest and a violent revolution. Our leaders don't know..or don't care and I'm betting on the latter. To keep the standard of life we need to make some hard changes...changes that will surely piss off the cowardly mindless Masses who think taking guns away from law abiding citizens will somehow eradicate crime. We need to secure our border's...Get rid of the illegals in our country...DEMAND the upholding of the Constitution in all wings branches and forms of government. We need accountability..not just for our Representatives..but for each other. No more blameless crimes...No more pity for the criminals. We need to arm the populace both metaphorically and literally. We need to CUT government spending and government in GENERAL, Fix our broken educational system by getting rid of the idea of "Every ones a winner" That's bullshit...Not everyone can win...not everyone deserves a trophy. Excellence should be rewarded...and mediocrity and laziness should be pointed out for exactly what it is. The LOWEST COMMON DENOMINATOR is a pretty shitty place to set the bar don't you think? And last but not least...Cut taxes across the board...encourage spending to stimulate the economy and get the lower and middle class's moving again. Oh..and getting rid of the dipshit we have in the oval office wouldn't be a bad idea either...Him and his cronies need to go. Obama is doing everything he can to destroy this nation..either through deliberate act's or just plain incompetence...neither is excusable and neither belongs in ANY government office. He needs to take his ass back to Chicago and organize a community or something. Of course come next election I imagine that's just what he'll be doing. In closing...Do what you can to make your country a better place...If its just picking up litter or something to beautify it...Its OUR home and its OUR land...So lets take good care of her folks.

Im no political analyst but....

((OK, this was a post made by a friend of mine, Deathsycthe, that i really liked, he just hasn't joined up here yet, the slacker. But here it is and maybe he'll come here and actually post sometime for you all))



Okay. So, I'm no political analyst. I don't call myself democrat, republican, conservative or liberal. Truth be told, I think that all the dudes in suits in Washington DC tend to be overinflated sacks of flatulence that serve no real purpose other than bitching at each other and blaming one another for mistakes, while doing nothing to correct them.

That said, let's look at a current hot-button issue. This National ID card affair.

The whole thing stems from a need to "Control" illegal immigrants in our workforce, yes?

Let's put this into perspective here. Other nations have been known to deport, arrest, execute, publicly humiliate, and I'm sure in some third-world mud hole, pour raging fire ants down the anus of, illegal immigrants. Yet we in the good ole' US of A sit on our thumbs while we get stories about groups of people wanting to change our national anthem to fit their language, stand in our capital waving the flag of the nation they came from and demand the right to live on our soil (Some would call that an "Invasion" back in the day, and it would be met with military force), and of course, there's the whole taking our jobs thing because they work cheaper (Of course with outsourcing everything from tech-support to our own postal system to people that don't communicate in our language, this really seems redundant. At least these guys are actually in our country, right?).

Now. I'm not against immigration. Not in the least. I mean, hell, our forefathers all came from different nations to rape and pillage into this New World and found a government that drove the natives into enclosures that give them no rights whatsoever. So you could say that immigration is what makes this nation great (Unless of course, you lived here prior to us. REALLY sorry about those blankets!).

BUT! For immigration to work, why can't they do it legally? It's not impossible. It may be difficult, but so is life. It's really simple. You wanna live here? Coolness. Do it legit. Don't hop a fence, swim upstream with salmon, and say "I made it!" Actually APPLY for immigration, jump the hoops, pay your taxes, and all that fun stuff. Learning English would certainly help your case too.

Now with THAT unholy mess out of the way, let's address another key issue here. As stated above, the Left and Right are both totally useless. BOTH OF YOU, YOU HEAR ME? I cannot count how many people I meet, or how many people I see post on news stories nothing more than simple regurgitation from whatever they heard on this, that, or the other "Expert's" show. In regards to this ID card business? You guessed it!

First of all, allow me to preface by saying that I LOVE Iron Maiden. And to hear these turds rant, every time I end up getting a smile on my face because I hear "Number of the Beast" in my head. Then it occurs to me that they're stupid fear driven sheep and I face-palm and die a little inside.

THESE are the same bastards that were convinced that the world would end and Jesus and Satan would have a pay-per-view match on the smoldering rubble of our society on Jan. 1st, 2000. These brainwashed, doom saying, fucktards are like many in our society. They can't formulate their own thoughts, so they'll just listen to whoever yells the loudest and scares them the most, assuming that they are right.

We blame the left and the right, we blame god, we blame other nation's gods. We blame everyone but ourselves. I place the blame on the damned "News" networks for the sorry state our nations in with every tom, dick, and harry being an expert "Political analyst" because they watched CNN or FOX News.

So what I propose is a wake-up call. Formulate your OWN ideas. Listen to yourself talk. Do you sound like an asshole? Chances are you are an asshole. Only one thing for a full asshole to do, my friends. Expel the shit you're full of. You'll feel better after you wipe.

Arizona gone to far?

So the country has been a buzz these past few days/weeks....mostly over the new Arizona law to check for legal status under justified suspicion, many calling it grounds for racial profiling. But here's my take on it.

I agree that if under the right circumstances someone is stopped and they or the people with them show reasonable doubt as to legal citizenship here in the US then they deserve to be fined, and really deported from the US.
People who are citizens either by birth or through our immigration process have nothing to fear, if you have the ID they need then so what. But..if you dont and you are NOT a citizen, here on a work visa or any other kinda visa then YOU ARE BREAKING A LAW. Being an illegal immigrant in the USA is a crime, theres no grey line here.
Yes our country is built on a melting pot of immigrants but if my ancestors had to stand at Ellis island to get in here, just because your from mexico doesnt mean the laws of immigration/citizenship dont apply to you like they apply to everyone else coming into this country. At least make it to where each individual (children being the exception) needs to enlist for a standard 4 years of military service in order to gain full citizenship.

As a side note that falls in with this topic, I think we need to rethink our stand on letting people come over here and squat out a kid and then claim it is a citizen. If you (the parent) are not a citizen then just because you dropped a child out of you over here shouldnt mean it automatically is one.

So it has come to pass...for now that the Health care Bill was signed this morning.
Already 13 states have filled suits against the government for this unconstitutional law that has been enacted against the sons and daughters of America! I only hope that many more states will join in the fight to over turn this atrocity, including my state of Illinois.
I have already sent a letter to my Attorney General urging them to take up arms for the little people...I can only hope that all of you do the same. It is only when we unite our voices and take up arms together will we be able to show those who oppress us that we are not playing any longer.

We are Americans! Not scared little dogs who roll over and wet themselves in fear of our government! We must stand up and do what is right and by any means necessary!
